Protection of Introductions

• Any business, investment, or partnership opportunity introduced by ICONECT is recognized as originating from ICONECT.
• Clients and partners must not bypass ICONECT to engage with introduced parties directly for commercial purposes.
• Any agreements, transactions, or revenue arising from such introductions will honor ICONECT’s facilitation role.

Responsibilities of Employees and Partners

• All employees, contractors, and partners must ensure introductions are documented and tracked appropriately.
• Any potential circumvention or misuse of introductions must be reported immediately to management.

Compliance and Enforcement

• ICONECT reserves the right to enforce its rights to introductions and receive fees, commissions, or advisory compensation where applicable.
• Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action or legal remedies.
